Our company provides Extracts from the land register of the Netherlands with translation and Apostille.
Data on real estate of the Netherlands are contained in the register which is usually briefly called a Cadastre.
The land register is under the jurisdiction of the Cadastre, Land Register and Cartography Agency falling under responsibility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The land register system of the Netherlands is different from the system of many other European countries in that specialists of the Cadastre are responsible both for registration of legal rights and for cartographic and geodetic work.
All information entered in the cadastre since the establishment of the first Dutch cadastre in 1832 is available in it. In 1980-s the Cadastre's work was automated and computerized. Historical cadastral information is available in special archives.
The decision on registration of rights is made by specially authorized specialists. Only the court may revoke their decision.
The Cadastre is a public electronic register, however access to it is possible only for a fee. Different user categories have different rights in it when obtaining information. Specifically, specialists having special professional rights may carry out search in the Cadaster by such criteria as personal data of owner, cadastral number, act number and location. Ordinary users may search information only by address.

Apostilled extracts from the Netherlands
The Netherlands joined the Hague Convention on simplified legalization of documents on August 9, 1965, since October 8, 1965 the Convention came into force.
Thus, documents issued in the Netherlands are subject to legalization based on a simplified procedure - apostilling, after certified translation such documents acquire full legal force on the territory of all other Hague Convention Member States.
As a rule, apostillation of extracts takes about two weeks.
Moreover, you can order certified translation of documents from Dutch.
